ELAPSED TIME CHRONOGRAPH
WALTHAM SWISS MADE CHRONOGRAPH
The ETC is a chronograph inspired by the legendary Waltham Type A13a aircraft clock which was mounted on board the famous F4 Phantom, the jet-fighter of the U.S. TOP GUN School and, now as then, it features a central chronograph movement.
Like the other models in the Aeronaval Collection its contemporary angular design highlights every single detail and feature, resulting in a daring, well-balanced state-of-the-art timepiece where nothing is left to chance.
The new Aeronaval ETC reinterprets the main innovative functions of its predecessor, combining technological features and high-quality materials enhanced by distinctive time readability. This is a high-precision automatic chronograph, powered by the Caliber W.DB-003 Dubois-Dépraz 2078 movement. The edgy aesthetic and technological features stand out immediately. The multi-level, striking dial features central chronograph functions, with second hand, and 60-minute Elapsed Time Indicator. The 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock mark the positions of the small seconds and the 24-hour Night & Day sub-dials.
It has a multi-laired Titanium G5 angular shaped 47mm case. The dial shadows the angles of the design, with an embossed W pattern on different colored backgrounds. The particular second hand is angled upward, and the applied indexes and numbers are coated with Super-LumiNova® for maximum readability in all lighting conditions. The ceramic bezel is made of zirconium oxide. The sapphire crystal has an anti-reflective treatment. The watchband is in genuine VulCarboné® vulcanized rubber, and features an originally designed Titanium G2 deployante clasp. Finally, it is water resistant up to 300mts/30 bars. A combination of features that makes this watch an icon of contemporary luxury for men of unparalleled refinement.
