Costantino esibì un gioco grintoso e solido, con colpi di memorabile
bellezza, mandando letteralmente in tilt il campione americano
che si rassegnò alla storica vittoria del bergamasco alla buca
16. La stampa scriveva di Costantino come l’uomo che trascinò
in trionfo l’Europa, la Roccia italiana che schiacciò la Tigre americana.
Un uomo, straordinario.
