Shipping

We ship worldwide by UPS Express.

We ship by DHL Express within Switzerland. 

Our prices include shipping.

VAT, taxes and duties

The prices published on our website are NET. They include local VAT and the import duties applicable in the country of destination. The published price is therefore all you pay.

Delivery times and delivery conditions

Your order will be dispatched to our courier within 5 working days from purchase date. Shipping times are estimated. Any significant delay will be communicated to you by email. Estimated shipping times (after dispatch to our courier) are:

  • From 3 to 10 days to the United States
  • From 5 to 15 days to central and south America
  • From 2 to 5 days to Europe
  • From 3 to 10 days to the Middle East
  • From 5 to 10 days to Asia
  • From 5 to 12 days to Oceania

Delivery 

The delivery address will match the data provided by you. We will not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the Goods because of wrong data provide by you. In the event that you are not present for the delivery, it will be your responsibility to collect the Goods following the courier instructions.

Delivery requires signature and therefore we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. You or someone appointed by you will be required to sign for acceptance at reception to take delivery of the package. Signature by your or someone appointed by you confirms you acceptance of the package in the condition you have received it. We are not responsible for any claims following you acceptance of the package.

In the event that the Goods are returned to us it will be your responsibility to contact us to arrange for a new delivery. Such new delivery will be at your expense.

We are not responsible for any delays resulting from the process of customs clearance; the loss or theft of the package while it is in the hands of the courier; the delivery driver not asking you for a signature or signs in your place; and any “Force Majeure” reasons.

The Goods remain of our property of until their delivery to the delivery address. The transfer of property is contextual with the signature for delivery.
