What is included in the price?
The prices published on our website are NET.
They include shipping costs, local VAT and the import duties applicable in the country of destination.
The published price is therefore all you pay.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Google pay and others.
You may also pay by bank transfer. If you use this method, your order will be dispatched only after reception by us of the full order amount on our account. In case you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us at service@waltham.ch to obtain our bank coordinates and payment instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from door to door with UPS Express.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship worldwide by UPS Express and with DHL Express within Switzerland.
Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. You will be required to sign for your package at reception. Please see our detailed shipping policy in our general terms & conditions page or at check-out.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Delivery requires signature by the recipient. Therefore we don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When will I receive my purchase?
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days from purchase date.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch depends on the territory of shipping:
- From 3 to 10 days to the United States
- From 5 to 15 days to central and south America
- From 2 to 5 days to Europe
- From 3 to 10 days to the Middle East
- From 5 to 10 days to Asia
- From 5 to 12 days to Oceania
Shipping time can be affected by the customs operations lead times of the destination country. Please allow sufficient time when purchasing for a particular date or occasion.
May I return my purchase?
Yes. We have a 14 days "no questions asked" return policy.
This return period applies also to reservation purchases. For reservation purchases you also have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in case there is a delay of more than 60 days with respect to the estimated delivery date.
Gift cards, bespoke products and special discount products cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I reserve a watch?
Sometimes we may give you the opportunity to reserve a watch which is being manufactured in advance.
These watches may be offered at a small reservation discount compared to their future recommended retail price (MSRP). By reserving them, you can secure them before they are sold out.
Watches that can be reserved are identified as such in the title on the product landing page.
The estimated delivery date of a watch in reservation is also published on the product landing page.
The practical steps to buy a watch in reservation are exactly in the same as those for a watch purchased from stock.

What is the warranty term?
Your watch carries a 5 years international warranty. Please check the warranty and general terms & conditions pages for the detailed terms.
Do you provide appraisals of vintage Waltham models?
Unfortunately we don't. You can refer to specialised online trading sites for price estimates or you can contact vintage watch dealers for such information.
